Beijing Software Industry Association (BSIA, the local organiser) will provide the European participants with official Letter of Invitation to facilitate their Chinese visa applications. The letter of invitation will be sent to the invitee by fax. The electrical version of the letter is also available upon the prior request of the invitee. |

| Welcome Services | |||
|
The BSIA will provide welcome service at the airport for European guests, who require such service in advance. The BSIA staff will hold an A4 banner (with EC-Bridge logo and the participant's name) at the main exit of the airport. The staff will accompany the guest to the hotel, where Mr. Calven Luo will be waiting to extend a warm welcome on behalf of organizers of the event. A special quick check-in will be arranged for the European guests, who will get the room keys shortly after they show their passports and credit cards to the hotel manager who is dedicated to this assignment. The local organiser will endeavor to provide essential supports to reasonable personal requirements of the European guests. Those who have special requirements on the hotel room, food, etc. shall notify the local organiser in advance. An on-site office will be set up in the hotel to handle personal requests of the European guests during their stay in Beijing. The office is equipped with computers, printers and other basic office facilities. |

| Study and Sightseeing Tours | |||

Upon individual requests, the EC-Bridge organisers will be honored to arrange a study tour to software parks and leading software companies, and an interesting sightseeing programme for the European participants. A companion programme may be also arranged for the spouses and children of the European participants. | ||
